This modern architecture is my host university. On that day, I have a European business environment class. This is my favorite subject because the professor let us explore and he have much knowledge about euro business practice and environment which is quite interesting to students like me from Asian. Also, there are many discussions on the class that we can exchange our ideas with students from European countries.

Every Tuesday is French class. Although French is very difficult to learn, the teacher is very nice and she has made a fantastic booklet for us to learn French more easily. She has prepared a lot of games and divided us into pairs to encourage us to speak more French. Since the class is conducted in French instead of English, we think it is much more difficult to learn or even impossible to understand what the teacher is talking about. However, we later found out that in this way we can learn French faster. I think it is the same as that we learn English with native teachers.

On this day, we have invited other exchange students to our course as guests to have a taste of Chinese food. You know, it is sometimes difficult to cook typical Chinese food overseas due to ingredient constraints. At last, we decided to cook a Chinese soup, Coka-Cola chicken wings and steam eggs etc…Our guests like the dinner so much and asked us to teach them! They invited us to be their guests and cooked their country cuisine next time.

On this day we have joined an activity called International Food Exhibition, which is organized by students from human resources class. The food shown in the exhibition is prepared by students who think they can represent their countries best, including China, Korea, India, Morocco and England etc…Although we, Hong Kong people, did not prepare food in the exhibition, but we got lots of fun by tasting the food in different countries!

On Friday, we have organized a picnic in the place near our school to welcome our weekend. I think picnic on endless grassland is a must in exchange life because it is difficult to do so in Hong Kong due to lack of time and place. Each of us prepared our own food and we enjoyed the rest of time by playing games and taking photos. In the end, we also enjoyed the beautiful sunset!!
